Job Purpose:
- Manage a digital community of 35 Million across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Content marketing for the company's fast-growing EdTech products
- Drive traffic and leads through the organic channel
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and manage the organic channel strategy to improve traffic and SEO rankings
- Define critical organic channel KPIs and implement the changes to achieve the same
- Conduct exhaustive keyword research and theme.
- Content gap assessment to identify potential content opportunities.
- Write content briefs for new content creation and existing content optimization
- Track, analyze, and derive insights from SEO strategies and present the same to the senior management
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and YouTube / Facebook updates
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop the acquisition strategy
- Continuously interact with sales and marketing teams to track lead quality
- Regular reporting of SEO initiatives and metrics
- Work with content, creative, IT teams for the execution of the campaigns
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES :
- 10 years of hands-on experience in handling large-scale digital communities
- Skillful at data analysis and driving relevant insights
