Job Description - Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Competitor benchmarking (using tools like unmetric, social bakers etc)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Create campaign briefs and content briefs for agency
- Oversee & create social media content (copywriting, design)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics (using tools like Google Analytics, Similar Web, Semrush, Moz etc.)
- Create post boost plans with targeting options and placements
- Monitor brand sentiment among customers (using tools like Meltwater, Sprinklr, OneDirect)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Create & manage dedicated online community
- Define the Influencer ecosystem internally and externally at the PAN India level
- Implement standards for Influencer activity, as per the brand brief and marketing objective
- Design end-to-end full-scale influencer campaigns that support marketing initiatives, and brand objectives
- Lead the influencer campaign, collaboration plan and performance metrics
- Initiate, collaborate & groom the influencer community including reaching out to new influencers, activating existing influencers, and build and maintain a strong relationship
- Day to day account management, including the review of influencer trackers, reports, recaps, maintaining database invoices, budget management, etc
- Research, locate, and engage potential influencers across all channels to build a pipeline of talent
- Coordination with internal teams as per the campaign requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
- Social media skills
- Creating and maintaining client relationships

- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience (4-6 years) in digital marketing, particularly within FMCG/CD industry
