- Manage day-to-day reactive and proactive communications on all key social media channels

- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
- Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company's marketing and online review building).
- Create a regular publishing schedule.
Key skill sets :
- Deep understanding of social media and messaging platforms, market trends, industry standards, and tools of the trade
- An integrated marketing mindset and excellent understanding of the interplay offline and online, and between paid and owned channels on social media
- A passion for storytelling through multiple media types, both visual and written.
- Excellent copywriting skills and a keen visual sense. An eye for detail and a quick wit.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly
- Fluency with social media metrics, analytics, and benchmarks including tracking and understanding attribution from social media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives.
- The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
