About the Role:

- As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing both paid and organic social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.

- Use insights to inform and adjust our social media strategies.

- Oversee the creation and scheduling of social media posts across various platforms.

- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and engages target audiences effectively.

- Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns to achieve set objectives and ROI.

- Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, growth metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.

- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in social media management and content creation.

- Hands-on experience in content management and ad management.

- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to deliver creative content in text, image, and video formats.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and trends.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.

- MBA or Master's Degree in Marketing.

- Certificate or Diploma in Digital Marketing
