Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a passion for AI, automation, and quality-driven content for a new-age B2B kitchen appliances start-up. You will create strategic content plans, deploy automation tools for routine tasks, and lead a tech-savvy team in staying ahead of digital trends.


Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage a dynamic social media calendar aligned with brand goals and product launches. Work with the creative team, content team, videography team, kitchen team etc to get relevant content for social media. Work with the content marketing team to ensure that we focus our campaigns on delivering ROI.

- Automation & Content: Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) to streamline workflows; focus on high-quality manual content creation. Coordinate frequent meetings with the team, get approvals from higher management and ensure that the content created is innovative and world class.

- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams; provide briefings on new tech and automation trends.

- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, optimize strategies, and report ROI.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media, AI, and emerging tech trends to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications

- 3+ years in social media management, preferably in tech-focused settings.

- Proficiency with AI-driven social media tools and analytics platforms.

- Strong technical aptitude and interest in emerging tech and automation.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
