- We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and build our brand's community.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Content Creation and Management: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and interactive media.
- Manage and maintain brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms, ensuring optimal timing and frequency.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Build and foster relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage online reputation and address any negative feedback or comments.
- Social Media Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on social media activity, engagement, and reach.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Communicate social media insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest platform algorithm changes.
- Trend Monitoring: Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the company's social media presence.
- Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e. , Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e. Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads)
