As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for business social media sites
What you will do :
- Responsible for blogging, creating social media profiles, managing regular posts and responding to followers.
- Developing relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
- Creating, curating and managing all published content (images, video and written).
- Monitoring, listening and responding to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conducting online advocacy and opening a stream for cross-promotions.
- Developing and expanding community and/or influence outreach efforts.
- Overseeing design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
- Designing, creating and managing promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Managing efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
- Monitoring online reviews and respond to each review.
- Analysing key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compiling reports for management showing results (ROI).
Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- Min 3+ yrs of exp handling Social Media Pages
- Social media expertise
- Candidate should know what type of content works best on what platform, optimizing content accordingly
- Understanding the different nuances of each platform.
- Candidate should know how to engage an audience through social media posts and interactions.
- Knowledge of these tools to direct the marketing strategy at hand
- Very good communication and content handling skills
