Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

- Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement objectives.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media channels (e., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand messaging and a high-quality user experience.

- Collaborate with content and product teams to ideate and create compelling social media content, including features and product videos, tailored to the capital markets audience.

Brand Advocacy & Content Creation:

- Work closely with internal teams (business, marketing) and external agencies to build a holistic brand voice and communication strategy for social media.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, pop culture, and emerging social media technologies.

- Develop and implement innovative ways to engage our target audience through social media, fostering brand awareness, conversation, and loyalty.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

- Set measurable monthly goals for growth and engagement on social media platforms.

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to understand what content resonates with our audience and identify areas for improvement.

- Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize content formats, and ensure continuous improvement on social media platforms.

Vendor Management (Optional):

- Identify and negotiate with qualified vendors to support specific social media objectives (as needed).

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in social media management within the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of social media best practices and the capital markets landscape.

- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven social media strategies with a focus on achieving measurable results.

- Excellent content creation skills with the ability to craft engaging text, visuals, and videos for social media platforms.

- Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms (e., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to track and analyze performance.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Passion for the financial markets and a keen interest in staying current with industry trends
