- Responsible for Social Media management which includes creation, develop, deliver, manage, review & approve social media campaigns
- Increase Engagement %, Followers and Share of voice, Positive sentiments
- Develop and implement a social editorial calendar to manage day-to-day posting, on social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Work with Digital Agency to Create, curate, and manage all published content & assets on social media, this includes images, videos, GIFs, stories, written copy & much more
- Support the Unit Marketing Team with best practices for social media engagement strategies
- ORM online reputation management
- Monitor all the queries, message thru social media are answered in a timely manner
- Responsible for brand reputation and escalation to relevant internal stakeholders as needed
- Drive the process for advance listening capabilities and crisis management
- Measure & Analyze to Establish ROI of marketing campaigns viz Audience Growth, Audience Profile, Audience Engagement, Content Reach, Engagement by Content Type, Leads, Response Rate and Quality, Negative Feedback Content Management Duties
- Track & deliver competitor analysis by quarter
- Share audience insights via social listening
