Manager - Social Media - Bank

We have a mandate for the position of a Manager in the Social Media team of a large Bank in Mumbai.

People with 1-2 years of Campaign Management experience after MBA from a Tier 1 institute would be preferred

Job Details:

Social Media CRM and Facebook communication:

- Managing content and campaigns of Facebook Employee Group

- Monitor performance of Facebook employee group and plan course correction

- Query management on Facebook posts of both brand page and Employee group

- Query management on LinkedIn posts

- Weekly and Monthly MIS

- Competition tracking - Track domestic and global competitors across banking and other industries

- Quarterly newsletter - Social Media Best Practices to be shared with the organization

Salary budget - 10-12 lacs
