Manager - Social Media

About the job

- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns that align with our brand voice and business goals

- Making reels should come naturally to you.

- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

- Create and post engaging content, including photos, videos, and reels, that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement

- Engage with our social media followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner

- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and click-through rates, to track the performance of our social media channels and campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and tactics to improve our social media presence

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on creating reels

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)

- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for delivering outstanding results on social media

- Quirky and engaging personality with the ability to connect with our customers in a unique and authentic way
