Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand awareness and business growth goals.

- Create and curate compelling, shareable content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring that posts are scheduled and published in a timely and consistent manner.

- Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

- Analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, recommending new strategies and initiatives.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns.

- Track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns using analytics tools and present insights to stakeholders.

Skills & Expertise:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluent English.

- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

- Understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.

- Excellent project management and time management skills.

- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to draw insights from social media metrics.

- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative.

- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.

- Content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing.

- Community building and engagement strategies to foster a loyal customer base.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of the brand's target audience and ability to tailor content to their interests.

- Project management skills to oversee and execute multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
