Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Implementation:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.

- Create and maintain a social media calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms.

- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

- Identify target audiences and tailor content to their specific needs and interests.

Content Creation & Curation:

- Create high-quality, engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories, optimized for each platform.

- Curate relevant content from external sources to enhance brand credibility and engagement.

- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.

- Utilize social media tools to create and schedule content.

Community Management & Engagement:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

- Build and nurture online communities by fostering engagement and interaction.

- Run social media contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns to increase engagement.

- Proactively engage with influencers and other relevant accounts.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Generate regular reports on social media activity, including engagement, reach, and follower growth.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and tactics.

- Use social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment.

Paid Social Media Advertising:

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms.

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives and targeting strategies.

- Manage budgets effectively.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

- Communicate social media performance and insights to stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, if required.

Local Market Knowledge:

- Knowledge of the Agra market and local trends is a plus.

- Ability to create location specific content.

Qualifications:

- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.

- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

- Strong creative and visual skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to take and edit photos and videos for social media use.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a specific industry related to the company's business.

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

- Experience with graphic design and video editing software.

- Knowledge of local Agra influencers
