Manager - SME/Govt Sales - Telecom

We are looking for a Manager - SME/ Govt Sales with a leading mobile network operator based in UP West .

Department : Zonal Operations

Function : SME Sales

Report to : Zonal Head

Grade : Manager

Experience : 5 - 8 years, Prior B2B sales experience, Leadership & people management skills

Education :Graduate, MBA Preferred

Role Purpose

1. Executing direct sales strategies to maximize revenues from sales to SMEs (- Rs. 50 cr. annual turnover) / Govt in the zone and associated branch

2. Expansion of SME/ Govt customer base through promotional activities (such as demos and in-campus/in-company presentations)

3. Managing the budget to target and acquire SME/ Govt customers

Key Accountabilities

Sales, Revenue, Budgetary Control (90%)

- Achieve sales target for all voice products (Postpaid / Prepaid), VAS and business solutions (incl. Data, handsets etc.) to SMEs/ Govt

- Monitor sales performance (incl. key order conversions, open calls status) on an ongoing basis towards achievement of targets by FOS

- Ensure pipeline buildup with - farming- existing accounts, potential conversions and new prospects.

- Deliver revenue target for sales to SMEs / Govt across all products

- Achieve savings on budgeted acquisition and marketing cost

People (10%)

- Coaching, mentoring and retention of sales representatives and team members

- Management of off-roll employees and sales agencies
