Manager SME Credit Sales - LAP

Position: Manager SME Credit Sales - LAP
Location: Requirement in Vijayawada and in Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Mortgage Loans and through Direct, DSA, Cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
- Retain and expand the company's base of customers for mortgage loan and LAP channel to ensure repeat business or referrals.
- Maintain portfolio quality - source right set of the customers, constant supervision of the portfolio.
- Build a high-performance culture by setting high standards of delivery, enabling high performance initiatives and taking required talent actions.
- Be vigilant on NPA / Delinquent cases and limit NPA to defined standards.
- Ensuring 100% compliance to policies and processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
- Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
- Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
Relevant Skills:
- Loan Against Property Expertise: In-depth understanding and knowledge of LAP products and services, including various loan types, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to structure the facilities as per the client's need and Company's strategy ensuring optimum profitability and sustainability of the business within the regulatory framework.
- DSA Management: Proficiency in managing DSAs, including appointing, training, and monitoring their performance to achieve business goals.
Other Attributes:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead/work in a team environment
Qualification and Experience:
Qualification: MBA / Other Post Graduation.
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on LAP.
- Candidates from NBFC/BFSI with prior experience in LAP/Mortgage Loans is preferred.
