Manager - Skill Transformation

Your Responsibilities :

- Manage and coach a team of 5+ Skills Transformation Analysts

- Build and maintain a highly effective system to deliver and measure quality services

- Direct services, including curriculum mapping; sales enablement; skills & industry research

- Continuously improve how we map curriculum and recommend content to customers

- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to support customers

- Be an expert in Coursera's content and curriculum mapping

- Work directly with customers on their curriculum needs when necessary

- Develop skills insights in collaboration with our Skills Transformation Consultants

Basic Qualifications :

- Atleast 2+ years experience managing teams

- Atleast 5+ years customer-facing experience

- Strong consulting skillset

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Suite (spreadsheets, word processors, and slides)
