Responsibilities
Continuous Process Improvement:
- Identify, Prioritize, lead/ Mentor projects impacting Risk, Customer Experience & Efficiency
- Impeccable delivery on Process Excellence Projects
- Partner with Business on Key Business Priorities
- Project/ Change Management and Analytic support for Projects and Initiatives
- Train associates on lean-Six Sigma Tools
- Build and Drive Continuous DNA within the aligned Business Function
Change Management:
- To create conditions for a smooth transition to changes during engagements with different Stakeholders at all levels
- Work to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes
- Responsible for cultivating & deepening relationships with key stakeholders
- The individual will individually support / run projects & initiatives that are extremely large and or complex
Project Management:
- Shall be responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, execution, control, oversight and completion of projects
- Attention to detail and proper project governance is of prime importance
- Provide recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools raising appropriate flags at right time to righ stakeholders
Metrics Management:
- Work closely with Business in defining Data Collection Plan and review at appropriate frequency
- Continuously keep an eye on the Metric Trends for probable gaps and related opportunities
- Pro-active approach towards for any forecasted misses and preventive actions accordingly
- Drive metrics aligned towards business outcomes
Stakeholder Management:
- Connect with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
- Promptly address any process gaps and stakeholder priorities
- Gain a seat on the table and insure participation on key initiatives of the assigned
Process Governance:
- Understand the end to end process flow
- Ensure process maps and workflows are in place and validated regularly
- Drive implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) system
- Own the validity & accuracy of data and information available in BPM
- Identify and mentor top down improvement projects basis Process Governance reviews
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
- University degree
- Understanding and working knowledge of off shoring industry.
- Quality background (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) with implementation experience
- Should have prior experience of minimum 3 years in mentoring GB & BB projects
- Experience in delivering six sigma and lean trainings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Green Belt/ Process Excellence Certified (For IJP candidates)
- Influencing and Probing Skills
- Project and Change Management Skills
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of SAS JMP
- Black Belt Certification
- Post Graduation would be an added advantage
- PMP Certified
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in banking domain
