Manager/Site Lead - HR Business Partner - BPO/KPO

Hiring for Site Lead HRBP for Captive set up of MNC in Pune.

Looking out for someone with experience of 12 plus year in HRBP role with KPO/BPO/shared service set up. Must have handled span of 1000 plus employees.

Highly Strategic Role, hence looking out for someone who has experience on same line. Preferably someone who has formed policies, someone who is employee centric, people oriented, some one who can take initiative.

Job Profile:

- Need to handle a team of HRBPs and impart guidance as required

- Good problem solving skills

- Presentation skills

- Multitasking - planning & prioritization skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Responsible for the development of HRBPs through proper plan and training.

- Should be Ok with the shifts between 13.00 hrs to 23.00 hrs.

- Should be from a BPO/KPO.
