Job Description :
Personnel Administration and Welfare
- To manage Workmen / Staff Payroll and Related compliances
- Supervise & initiate the recruitment of staff, apprentices etc
- Assist Head E.R. in all matters pertaining to bargain able staff
- Prepare monthly MIS, maintain personnel records, generate data on need base
- Supervise, administer and control all welfare activities
Employee Relations :
- Deal with day to day issues of workers and trade union
- Maintain coordial relations with employees/ union
- Assist and co-ordinate with departmental heads on ER issues
- To represent management in dealings and disputes,dealing with employee misconduct
- Long term wage settlement with unions
- Anticipate issues which can escalate to ER problems & address them
Legal Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws
- Maintain accurate data/ records as per law
- Submit returns as per law
- Ensure co-ordination with govt. authorities
Management of Litigation's :
- Manage and monitor court/legal matters involving labour law
