Manager - SHE & Security

- Define and execute the Global GbS SHE and Security plans in compliance with the corporate requirements and relevant laws and regulations, and seek approval from the GbS LT

- Report and investigate security incident or irregularities, present it to the management without delay and advise management on mitigation actions

- Create SHE and Security reports for the GbS LT

- Manage and coordinate all SHE and Security related projects

- Liaise with external relations (police, security organizations, etc.), maintaining the knowledge/ expertise of Security methods/techniques

- Contribute to organization SHE and Security policies when requested and connect with those communities on a regular basis (e.g. organization Security council)

- Support and challenge the sites in the preparation and execution of their SHE and Security plans, monitor their compliance and progress of implementation

- Advise management and support the Site SHE and Security coordinators on relevant issues

- Safeguard the knowledge of the site coordinators and management and provide coaching and training when needed

- Support individual departments in the preparation of their SHE and Security plans and the investigation of incidents, perform audits for compliance reasons

- Look for opportunities to improve the GbS SHE and Security performance by influencing behavior and driving the change, for instance by proposing SHE and Security related awareness initiatives on a global level

- Periodically review of the effectiveness of the organizational, constructional and electronic security controls to ensure they remain effective during and after changes in organization or infrastructure and to ensure lasting compliance with the SHE and Security requirements

- Proactively use organization and external network of other Global SHE/Security professionals to ensure best practices are reviewed and onboarded in GbS where applicable
