Manager - SG&A Accounting - IT

- Should be willing to work in US Shifts.

- This manager position is part of the SG&A team that is working to improve operational efficiency and right size our expense base across all Business Units. This includes a focus on improving our operational efficiency, processes and tools to reduce total company fixed expenses.

- The manager will be primarily responsible for supervising critically important financial models ensuring data accuracy from disparate data systems is appropriately captured and measured.

- In addition, the manager will maintain large data sets and will be responsible for creating/maintaining the team's financial models.

- Ensure the development and implementation of all financial policies, procedures and controls.

- Provide financial tools, advice and analysis to leadership on an on-going basis.

- Model financial impacts to identify, size and prioritize business opportunities

Skills Required :

- Strong to advanced Excel skills a must.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial calculations.

- Strong decision making and problem solving skills required based upon financial and statistical results.

- Ability to utilize planning and analysis applications and personal computer software.

- Ability to read, interpret and communicate detailed quantitative data to perform the duties previously listed.

- Experience with Hyperion/Essbaseis a plus.

- Hands-on experience in statistical analysis, data-mining, finance or related fields required.

- Expertise in Excel modeling, VBA, SQL. Java programming, SAS experience is a plus.
