Manager - SEZ/STP

Key activities :

- Good connect / repo with SEZ & STPI authority to ensure all SEZ units are compliant to all SEZ/ STPI/ Custom related regulations.

- Creating/ closing SEZ units or surrendering additional space for SEZ units or any another approvals required from various authorities.

- Representing the company before UAC Committee or before various tax officials.

- Ensuring all compliances such as MPR, QPR, Softex & APR, eBRC, eFIRC, Bill of Entry, bonding, de-bonding, Import, Shifting, Movement & Re-Export.

- Keeping management updated on key issues / change in laws.

- Heading SEZ, STPI and Customs (Liaisioning and obtaining approvals from authority).
