Job Description:
- Analyzing existing IT asset management process and implementations (Discovery and Preparation phase)
- Creating IT Asset Management processes (Implementation Plan & Project Management)
- Coordinating service setup in the customer environment (Implementation & Testing phase)
- Developing and Conducting ITAM Trainings
- Advising on service solution
- Creating technical service documentation for new services
- Presenting the solution to customer (service demo, service offering)
- Supporting Proof of Concept for new services/technologies
Job Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Software and Hardware Asset Management process and procedures implementation
- In-depth knowledge of optimization and control of software & hardware lifecycle
- Experience in cooperation and contacts with asset vendors (software & hardware)
- In-depth knowledge of FlexNet Manager Suite Admin or similar product
- Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Admin and Service Asset and Configuration Management
- Experience in working directly with customer
- Ability to support multiple business needs at once and work with little oversight
- Ability to solve problems and proactive attitude
- Capability to read and write technical documentation
- Ability to work well in a team
- High motivation to self-development
- Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM technology in plus
- Knowledge of Atos Workplace portfolio is in plus
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture framework (TOGAF, Zachman,) is in plus
