Manager - Service & Reconciliation

- Day to Reconciliation for Collection & Disbursement accounts and validation of bank vs partner MIS on inward payments.

- Monitoring Reconciliation on High Ageing Unreconciled Open entries and track disbursement Payments.

- Manage Partner Invoice & Payout on monthly basis.

- Understand reconciliation & accounting requirements and articulate the same to the technology team for automation.

- Prepare weekly/monthly/annually reports on priorities and development rollouts.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Finance & accounts) for processing of transactions for partnership business.

- Verify statements for various banks settlement or refunding transactions.
