Manager - Service Procurement - Telecom

Role purpose:

- Supplier shortlisting, selection & evaluation for Circle Services Procurement requirement

- Implementing the procurement process with User teams and relevant stakeholders

- Negotiations & contracting for Services Circle OPEX & CAPEX spend and cost optimization

- Contract management & governance of key contracts in the circle

- Responsible for supplier selection & contracting for projects like office build up, ROTO rollout, event management in close coordination with multiple stakeholders

- Regular interactions with stakeholders & issue resolution

- Requirement gathering, forecasting & ordering of Corporate negotiated items

- Support procurement of revenue & terminals items for the circle

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Engage with user on cost optimization & generate savings

- Monitoring & improving KPIs around Procurement Process implementation

- Working with users for SOW finalization & procurement process

- Supplier engagement and supplier performance monitoring for all circle Services vendors along with user teams

- SCM Project representative for all key circle projects like, office built up, event management, outbound, ROTO rollout, etc.

- Coordinate with local & corporate teams for procurement of revenue & terminal items

- Support procurement of Revenue & terminal items

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- Strong professional background in SCM

- Has experience in managing and monitoring Telecom assets
