- To ensure the dealership performs effectively / profitably from the point of viability & longevity.
- To conduct audit at dealership level in order to improve dealer system, standard & process for effective operations with proper CIP for building the brand image.
- To improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by understanding the customer needs and take necessary actions to delight the customer.
- Will be responsible for handling Key Account Customer and drive AMW Bandhan scheme effectively in order to delight and retain our customers.
- Monitor & improve Service Quality Index.
- Should be creative to try new ideas, Pilot it in few dealership, post the success implement across dealerships.
- Need to develop the dealer networks.
- Should possess sound knowledge of Automobiles and Vehicle Systems
- Should have good coordination skills with Field Service team and H.O.

Essential Desirable :
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech – (Mechanical / Automobile) , MBA – Marketing
Experience : 10 years of experience in Automobile Industry handed both Sales & Service function.
Other Requirements : Exposure of coordinating Service Marketing function at PAN India level.
