- A highly skilled and results-driven Service Delivery Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience in managing outsourced vendors for Data Center Management and IT services.

- Expertise in ITIL-based Service Management, driving Major Incident Management, and optimizing Data Center operations to meet organizational objectives.

- Proven track record in managing costs, driving automation initiatives, handling stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery in alignment with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:.

- Outsourced Vendor Management: Extensive experience in managing and collaborating with third-party vendors for Data Center Operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and achieving performance targets.

- ITIL-based Service Management: Expertise in implementing and following ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management for enhanced service delivery.

- Major Incident Management: Ability to lead major incident response teams, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.

- Cost Management: Skilled in managing budgets and reducing operational costs related to Data Center operations through resource optimization and process improvement.

- Asset Management: Comprehensive experience in maintaining and tracking Data Center assets, ensuring accurate inventory management and optimal utilization.

- Change Management: Proficient in overseeing Change Management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to services and operations during transitions.

- Automation Initiatives: Drive automation in data center processes and service management to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and increase reliability.

- Stakeholder & Application Owner Management: Strong in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including application owners, to align service delivery with business requirements.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies for Data Center and IT operations.
