This position offers an excellent opportunity in a market-leading, fast-growing, global software and services company that is expanding rapidly.

Looking for an experienced, passionate, ambitious, and savvy individual to take the combined role of Services Architect & Alliances Manager to create, maintain and expand strong relationships with specific alliance partners within the India / Asia market, as well as have the competence and experience to support the end-to-end scoping positioning and supporting the sales effort in respect to company's solutions implementation and other professional services.

Responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying new partnership opportunities; structuring, managing, training, and developing existing and new Alliance partnerships to exceed revenue and demand generation quotas. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Indian marketplace, deep networks within System Integrators and Service Providers, good knowledge of Cloud, HR, and Talent Management solutions, excellent networking skills, and the ability to manage the many different parts of the role: selling, strategy, sales management, and relationship building.

In this role, you will:

- Manage the go-to-market partner eco-system for India

- Identify and develop relationships with strategic partners and referral partners (collectively "partners")

- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis

- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements

- Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners contributing to team annual sales quotas

- Enable effective referrals of sales opportunities from partners, supporting the Company's sales efforts

- Link deep knowledge of Cornerstone product and service capabilities with an understanding of industry/customers/prospects to support partners in shaping their services.

- Create excitement and demonstrate the value of Cornerstone's offerings and service-led solutions for customer problems.

- Communicate the services value proposition to partners, prospects and clients by having credibility in the services solution from Cornerstone and optimal implementation methodology

- Succeed in a team selling environment, partnering with sales for maximum territory and client coverage.

- Provide education and training to Sales (including Pre-Sales) on services, services value proposition and services positioning.

- Create, review and present Statement of Works covering services, either created by Cornerstone or a partner.

- Plus other sales, services and alliance related duties

You've got what it takes if you have :

- Located in India, ideally Mumbai or Bangalore.

- Fluent in English. Additional language skills seen as attractive additional qualities.

- Project management and/or previous experience of scoping complex software implementations, mapping client requirements with optimal solution and implementation/roll out plans

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in software, SaaS software and implementations deployment, having implemented SaaS software in a client facing role

- Knowledge of HR and Talent Management landscape

- Ability to build and cultivate a network of strong relationships

- Strong situational adaptability and excellent communication skills

- Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision

- Network of System Integrator partner relationships, ideally with an HR software solution focus

- Openness and ability to be coached, passion for winning, persistence and determination

- Proven experience of translating marketplace opportunities into the value of partnering

- Ongoing desire to stay current with software market and the latest technologies.

- Strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer service.
