Manager/Senior Plant Manager - Process Quality - Automotive

Job Purpose :

- To ensure that the product is consistent and meets the customer requirements and unwritten expectation along with complying with legal framework.

Key Expectations

- To plan & implement quality strategy to ensure product quality as per customer requirement.

- To conduct Process & Layout Audit for the plant.

- To conduct Cp & Cpk studies in the plant.

- To ensure implementation of TS16949 guidelines in the plant.

- To ensure stabilization of all new models /products & special technologies.

- To analyze customer complaints, and ensure corrective & preventive actions.

- To ensure set up approval.

- To support in all customer audits and customer related requirements.

- R&R and calibration of all type of gauges, masters, fixtures, etc.

Key Competencies :

- Should possess excellent business and strategic orientation

- Knowledge of modern concept of quality systems & practices, quality management systems.

- Should have an excellent track record of people management skills and team leadership qualities.

Industry Background :

- Leadership role in midsized / large precision Manufacturing unit in the automobile/ auto Component/ engineering sector.
