Position: Manager/Senior Manager - Zonal Business Partner - Insurance
Location: Mumbai (Vidya Bihar)
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Preferred candidates would be from Insurance, Gen Insurance, NBFCs, Banks
Please find below the job responsibilities:
- Develop the sourcing plan and deploy recruitment plan
- Optimise source mix and hiring cost
- Ensuring hiring within agreed TAT
- Deploy & implement strategy within assigned channels in order to Complete HR Strategy planning
- Plan and execute the succession planning roadmap for the functions
- Develop tolls / processes enabling career conversations between employee and supervisor / HR
- Support business in decision making (Fitment) & allocation of compensation quantum for assigned patch
- Coordinate the implementation of Performance management processes for the channel
- Assist the business heads in making promotion decisions
- Identify critical positions & suitable candidates for development
- Oversee implementation of annual performance appraisal process
- Provide feedback on processes & enhancements required in order to ensure alignment of HR processes with business objectives
- Ensure alignment with all statutory requirements
- Monitor investigation and action taken on Employee Grievances / Disciplinary issues, violation of ethical norms
- Provide coaching & counselling for own patch in order to build a motivated team; and ensure smooth & cordial relations.
- Employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Creating an engaged workforce by developing and implementing an employee engagement calendar/ plan including employee communication
- Responsible for people & performance culture
