Manager/Senior Manager - Valuation - Management Consulting Firm

We are currently looking for Manager / Sr. Manager - Valuation for French Management Consulting Firm for Gurgaon Location.

The organisation has their presence in 12 countries. In India, it started in the year 2012.

Job description

Manage engagements for intangible business valuations for management planning; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); financial reporting; tax, asset and regulatory compliance; restructuring and reorganization; and corporate strategy and Fairness Opinion.

Conversant with the use of various valuation methodologies, such as Purchase Price Allocations (PPA), Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Income Approach, market comparable etc.

Undertake sector specific research and analysis for bench marking of valuations.

Complete responsibility for execution of engagements.

Understanding of corporate finance (deal advisory, diligence, restructuring etc.)

Exposure to valuation / loss computation for arbitration and litigation matters

Desired Profile :

- 4 to 6 years of experience.

- CA or MBA in Finance

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
