Job Role: Manager / Senior Manager - Treasury Mid Office

Job Location: Mumbai

Education/Qualification: Qualified CA

Job Description:

The candidate will manage the mid office related activities as applicable to a NBFC which will include ALM monitoring, regulatory returns, identification & reporting of borrowing covenant

1. Ensure compliances to regulations/guidelines issued by SEBI, RBI, FIMMDA, NHB and constantly review the compliance calendar

2. Ensure adherence to organisations's internal policies and limits for transactions.

3. Ensure periodic reporting to RBI, stock exchanges, trustees/agents, regulators, IPA, AD Banks.

4. Ensure compliance of the Covenants including periodic reporting. Identify Early Warning Triggers (EWT) through covenant projections.

5. Generate various MIS like CoF, negative drag, Yield on investment, Cash Flow forecast etc

6. Prepare inputs for ALCO deck

7. Possess good understanding of Treasury Compliance, Financial & operational controls

8. Should possess sound analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skill

9. Proficiency in Microsoft office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
