Manager/Senior Manager - Treasury - Big4

We have a job opening with one of our client which is one of the Big 4's i.e.

They are looking for Manager/ Sr. Manager - Treasury to be based out in Bangalore.

Treasury involves cash management activities. This role has the decision making right only to the extent of routine banking activities. Investments and hedging transactions are supervised and managed by VP Finance, this role will support on the activities.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements :

- Not necessarily having worked in a treasury function, but need to be aware of primary banking activities (excludes funding related). Experience in treasury management activities of a corporate entity preferable

- Analytical skills are important as the role requires analysis of financial data, rate of return, comparables, etc.

- Very good communication skills as the role requires communication with external parties and company Global team

- Knowledge of STP/SEZ and RBI matters connected with Exports

Supervision Responsibilities :

- Primarily responsibility of all routine banking transactions and monitoring the daily returns on short term investments

- Supervision responsibility in future of 3-4 team members

Experience :

- Experience in a Corporate Finance role, of which 2-3 years work experience in a corporate treasury team that deals with banks and mutual funds

- Additional skills requirements

- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Evidence of influencing and change management skills

- Evidence of developing direct reports
