Manager / Sr. Manager - Transition Capital Markets Vertical :
Role Summary :
- Responsible for all aspects of the transition: communication, teamwork within the project, execution of the tasks, etc.
- Working with various stakeholders in the project like local project managers, operations, process and IT
- Explain the transition approach to the project and operations teams
- Ensuring the Transition is completed as per the project plan following the methodology.
- Execute on Transition plans as per timelines agreed
- Ensure all risks (with mitigating actions) from organisation perspective are included in the Logs
- Initiating staff training to execute the processes
- Overall responsibility of successfully migrating the process from client's site and achieving metrics defined in the project plan
- Take and give inputs to fine tune and improve the transition model
- Ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues to completion.
- Client Sign-Off and Internal Stake Holders sign-off for genuine commitment towards the Project.
- Ensuring Client satisfaction through performance analysis, risk assessment and development of solutions to improve project performance.
- Designing Training plans, Weekly dashboard to submit to clients, Documentation; Submission of Key Stroke Documents, Process Manuals; Preparation of SLAs.
Candidate Profile :
- Strong Project Management skills on medium to large transition deals (Formal Project Management certifications required)
- Deep transition experience - handled multiple, large transitions with different levels of complexity into Capital Markets
- Managing tech projects is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to bring about systemic, sustainable change/ improvement
- Thought leadership to carve out themes and opportunity areas instead of focusing on solving for transactional issues
- Should be able to work as an individual contributor
- Graduate certification in any stream is essential
