- Designing and conducting Process, Behavioral, Intervention, Sales & P&L based trainings for a group, joint workshops with teams, dedicated 1 on 1 trainings as per Operational Training Need Analysis
- Improvising sales processes & efficiency while Building capabilities on Retail Customer Management
- Expertise in developing People based training modules, Food & Beverage SOPs, Sales projects pertaining to developing overall business acumen so as to excel in overall performance and drive organizational growth.
- Competency mapping / KRA allocation for the Retail Team Hierarchy as per organizational succession plan.
- Actively assisting the F&B portfolio of the organization with innovative learning aids, process notes and certifications to streamline processes and ensure Speed of Service standards.
- Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of skilled staff members in the organization through Bench Planning & direct recruitment & internal growth responsibilities for all levels of the Retail Hierarchy
