Job profile:
Develop New Business, New Markets and Scale Up Existing Product Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong trading portfolio for the business unit, with specific focus on the aluminium industry
- Sourcing bulk raw materials that are used in aluminium or ancillary industries - e.g. Green / Clacined Petroleum Coke; Aluminium Fluoride; Bath Cryolite etc.
- Help the business development team in developing New Markets for existing products for aluminium industry
- Develop New Products like Fluorspar, Anode Blocks, Cathode Blocks etc. into and out of China / other markets and gradually scale up the business
- Adhere to business processes as per Organizational and TBEM guidelines
Desired Profile:
- Experience in Sourcing / Supply Chain
- Proven record in developing new businesses or scaling up existing business
- Knowledge of quality management, international trade practices, international logisticsetc.
- Knowledge of process cost evaluation methods.
- International Exposure in China, SE Asia, Africa, other markets.
