Implementation of planned activities
- Vendor Management
- Source new vendors for cost effectiveness of POS materials.
- To do quarterly vendor evaluations
- Ensure closure of POs
Visibility
- Plan and implement merchandizing visibility programs as per AOP Micro Planning, D-sat & Mystery Shopping scores in conjunction with COMs & TMEs.
- Liaison with local/ cross-regional multiple vendors to ensure speed-to-market and cost effectiveness
- Innovate towards improving longevity and cost-effectiveness of merchandizing
- Undertake one unique merchandising innovation each quarter.
Branding
- Ensure compliance with branding norms at Trade/ KDs/ TSRA / ISPs
- Interface with Marketing for developing new branding & POS solutions
Cost and Process compliance
- Cost per Acquisition
- Monitor and analyze CPA on a monthly basis for allocated circles
- Undertake cost innovation measures continually
- Process Compliance
- Comply with the SOM-specified requirements on Trade Marketing.
- Interface with the regional commercial manager to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Prepare cogent data analysis of effectiveness of money spent
- Ensure all action points post D- Sat study on visibility and Mystery shopping are undertaken.
Engage:
- Share with colleagues, individually and collectively, during every review meeting the data analysis about CPA and effectiveness of money spent
- Share with team and sales HO all special initiative undertaken.
