1. Responsible for driving Brand shop business resulting in growth objective by increasing throughput.
2. Responsible for Brand Development and Brand Visibility at region assigned
3. Develop Marketing strategy with in line with market requirement and Competition activities
4. Work closely with Direct Reportee and guide them in delivering the key tasks
5. Work closely with HO team to ensure the Marketing campaigns and well executed at Brand Shops and Dealer Counters
6. Execute successfully Consumer Promotion scheme at Regional Level in coherence with HO Team
7. Preparing Marketing Calander for the region ensuring it is well executed.
8. Make sure the Brand Shops are well maintained as per norms and their Audit scores are above 70%
9. Responsible for proper branding at Brand Shops. Ensure all Branding as per Displayed SKU's
10. Make sure Brand Shop's within the Region are provided with best of service and in case of any issue need to ensure it is closed, by highlighting the same to sales and GCO team.
11. Make sure within the region, atleast one Plumber Meet is done per QTR at each Brand Shop.
12. Coordinate with In House Architect for proper and within TAT execution of New Brand Shops with the given region. Need to follow up with other stake holders like Vendor, commercial, etc., for smooth completion of all Brand shops within the Region
13. Responsible for maintaining Trade Marketing SOP within the Region..
14. Ensure all regional Trade Marketing activities are within TAT's
15. Make sure the Team visits Brand Shops regularly and atleast each Brand Shop is visited once in a QTR
16. Plan and Execute at least one category wise activity in a QTR.
17. Co-ordinate with HO team for participation in Exhibition and Plumber Mela's
18. Plan and Execute activities during festivals.
