Manager/Senior Manager - Trade Finance - Manufacturing

Looking to Hire Manager/ Senior Manager Trade Finance for Leading Manufacturing Company at Mumbai. Person should have relevant experience in Letter of Credit, Buyers Credit, Bank Guarantee with Full time MBA. Person should have team handling experience.

 JD: 

1. Working Capital & Trade Finance

A. Ensure the timely issuance of the LCs/ BCs/BGs, transactions under L/C /BCs, payments of Bills.

B. Maintain the LCs/BCs documents / advices safely and ensure adherence to the limits set up for each client / Bank.

C. Planning, Budgeting and Managing Bank Limits to make optimum utilisation with minimum cost.

D. Arranging Foreign Bank's Confirmation and Buyers Credit Quote from all foreign banks across the regions at best negotiating rate. Analysis, verification and payment of Banks / Finance charges.

E. Ensure all the regulatory compliance and audit requirements with regard to Trade Finance Dept.

F. Interacting with banks for Resolving queries & setting up of LC facilities for smooth working capital operation.

G. Handling various matters related to RBI, Trade Finance and Compliance, ECB, Ebiz etc.

H. Responsible for maintaining healthy relations with banks for day to day banking transactions.

I. Export and Domestic Bill Discounting with negotiation of best rate to minimise finance cost.

J. Ensure timely crude payment and confirmation to beneficiary.

2. MIS and Presentation - Preparation of various MIS for working capital team and circulation to team members

a) Preparation and presentation of Monthly and quarterly MPR.

b) Preparation of RP charges/ ABP for Finance Team.

c) Preparation of various MIS for vendors and Working capital limits.

3. Documentation:

a) Enhancing working capital limits i.e. LCs, Bill Discounting Facility, etc.

b) Analysing various terms & conditions of credit limits offered by banks & their charges and providing feedback for reduction in cost.

c) Preparation of various Documents for banks related to working capital/Trade Finance.

d) Certification and Interaction with MOPNG.
