Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Management/Organizational Development/Organizational Effectiveness

We are looking to hire Manager - TM and Organizational Effectiveness for Mahindra Lifespaces.

1. Experience in the domain of TM, OD and OE.

2. Experience of designing and executing training programs under Capability Building.

3. Have worked on Succession Planning, Assessment Centres, HiPots IDPs.

4. Have worked on designing and updating policies.

5. Being able to leverage creative ways of hiring across levels - Middle and Sr. Management

6. 4-5 years of very relevant work experiences.

7. MBA from MDI Gurgaon, XIMB, GIM, NMIMS, 2018-2019 batch passout.

8. Max budget - 28 Lakh, hence share resumes where post giving decent hike the candidates fit in the budget.

9. Candidates with 30 days or NP/ Serving NP/ longer NP but negotiable are preferred.
