Key responsibilities:
- Organization Development initiatives such as, competency based scorecards, succession planning, talent management and strategic innovation exercise for the senior leaders
- Leadership Development Programs and career management for high potential employees
- Talent Management
- Performance management
- Works closely with Business HR and relevant stakeholders from business to develop, design and coordinate all technical/ functional academy Programmes and Processes
- Conceptualize 'Succession Planning' and 'Talent Management' Frameworks and partner with Senior Management Team for creation and deployment of the final framework
- Competency Mapping & Job Evaluations
- Employee Development & Engagement
Compensation range 18-30 lakhs
