highly experienced professional with 10-12 years of expertise in Talent Management, OD (Organizational Development), and Talent Mobility. As a key member you will play a crucial role in driving talent strategy and optimizing employee development.

Requirements :

- 10-12 years of proven experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development (TM & OD, and Talent Mobility.

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement talent management programs.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in driving OD initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture.

- Track record of successfully leading talent mobility efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and strategic placements across the organization.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Masters degree in HR( preferably from a premier B- School). This role is based in Mumbai.
