Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Development & Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement high-impact talent development programs, including leadership training and career progression frameworks.
- Drive succession planning and high-potential employee development to build a future-ready workforce.
- Partner with senior leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
2. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and refine OKRs/KPIs to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate 360-degree feedback and coaching programs for leadership and key employees.
3. Learning & Development (L&D):
- Identify skill gaps and create learning interventions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with external training partners to design and deliver cutting-edge L&D programs.
- Leverage AI-based tools and digital platforms to enhance employee learning experiences.
4. Employer Branding & Culture:
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Strengthen employer branding through innovative talent engagement strategies and partnerships.
- Lead initiatives to align company values with organizational behavior and leadership expectations.
5. HR Analytics & Insights:
- Utilize HR analytics to measure program effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
- Track and report key Talent Management metrics to improve workforce planning and talent retention.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Education: MBA (HR) from a premier B-school (IIM, XLRI, ISB, TISS, MDI, etc.).
Experience: 2-4 years in Talent Management, L&D, or Performance Management within a high-growth e-commerce, startup, or tech-driven organization.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HR analytics, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Tools: Experience with HRMS, LMS, and AI-driven talent management platforms is a plus.
