Talent Management: Career Management, Individual Development Planning, Leadership Development Planning, Succession planning.
- Organisation Development & Change Management: Facilitating Change Management projects i.e. Organisational Re-engineering and Restructuring; Implementation of new PMS Process. Employee Satisfaction & Engagement Survey, planning for behavioral and technical interventions.
- Organisation Re-structuring: Handling Organisation Re-engineering and Restructuring project
- Capability Development: Facilitating Assessment Centres and Leadership Development Programme for a team of 100 Business Leaders and HiPos. Managing end to end IDPs of the HiPos including coaching and integrated learning programmes.
- Performance Management System: Formulation of KRA-KPI for all the positions. Managing entire PMS cycle from - Assessment Facilitation- to releasing letters and facilitation Feedback communication.
- Learning & Development: Training needs assessment, preparing and execution of yearly L&D calendar. End to end management of L&D Vendor, Content and Logistics for the Training Programmes. Development of e-training and m-training platforms.
- Employee Engagement: Planning and organizing various employee engagement activities at PAN India level
