Senior HR Role - Talent Development - A Large Investment Firm
We are looking for SENIOR & bright and insightful candidate as a Manager/Senior Manager for our Hyderabad-based Talent Development team.
Our Client is a global investment and technology development firm with a global presence. The group works closely with the front office to provide high quality and in-depth support to the investment research team and the decision-making processes of the Firm's global proprietary trading strategies.
This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital function.
- The candidate will primarily be responsible for handling the various activities involved in training and program management.
- Core work responsibilities will include opportunities to design content and facilitate in-house training modules, end-to-end training coordination, vendor management, and trainer screening.
- Additionally, the candidate will gain exposure to various facets of the training processes, including analysis and metrics.
The ideal candidate should be :
- A graduate/PG with 8-12 years of core training and development experience with a good academic record,
- Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- At least 5 to 6 years of Training Lead experience.
- They should additionally have experience in content development and vendor management.
