Manager/Sr Manager Talent Acquisition - Wealth Management
Core Purpose of the Role :
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and teams.
- Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify the accuracy of a candidate's work history and qualifications.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Data and Reporting: Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

Qualifications:- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- 6 to 8 years of talent acquisition experience (majority experience preferred in BFSI sector hiring)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
