This opportunity is with a Series C-funded Saas platform based in Banglore
- This role will drive the talent acquisition agenda for Global Sales Hiring across levels (the majority of hiring will be for the US region)
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop/oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
- Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying the right vendors, streamlining the recruitment process, negotiation, on-boarding and employer branding
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes/tools to drive efficiency and improve the quality of hires
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing
Specification :
- Experience of working with a hyper-growth startup/IT/ITES and helping them build/grow their Sales Org (US Sales Hiring exposure is a must)
- Must have exposure to stakeholder engagement & workforce planning
- Experience in building processes & capabilities for the Talent Acquisition Function
- Team management experience is a must
