Manager/Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Sourcing and managing a consistent and high-quality talent pool of candidates to support the business delivery.
- Driving the recruitment process within designated departments and ensuring that recruitment processes are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
- Coordinating with business heads to ensure recruitment efforts are in sync with the business needs, leveraging new technology and channels in the recruitment space in coordination with other stakeholders.
- Reviewing market data periodically to benchmark compensation across new roles and positions in assigned departments to bring market-wide parity for those positions
