JD - Manager/ Senior Manager - Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)
Talent Acquisition:
- Creation and finalization of annual recruitment budgets after due discussion with HODs.
- Managing End to end recruitment across all departments.
- Sourcing through Portals, employee references, social media as well as coordinating with consultants for exclusive drives & Line ups and coordinating for their payments.
- Conducting in depth face to face interviews to understand behavioral and functional potential of candidates.
- Calculation of the compensation of candidates and closing on the offer discussion with them.
- Managing recruitment module through MIS Portal
- Ensuring Recruitment SOPs are followed without loopholes.
- Updating Weekly recruitment reports to be sent to top management.
- Recommended ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to long - range growth of the company, implementing new process to deliver quality results.
- Partnering with hiring teams to build effective planning, sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Succession Planning:
- Creating a pipeline of prospective candidates for every critical position in the company.
- Conducting CTC, Designation, Department wise research for creating effective succession plans.
Employee On boarding and Induction:
- Managing on boarding and Induction for new joiners.
- Managing online appointment of new joiners on the HRM Sportal.
- Creating detailed induction plans for day 1 and following up with reporting managers for completing KRA Discussion process.
- Managing maintenance of new joinee compliance & KYC documents.
