Manager/Senior Manager - PMO - Talent Acquisition | Bangalore | UK Shift
Our client is an international Healthcare BPO and is looking for PMO-Talent Acquisition.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition analytics or a related role.
- Strong understanding of key TA metrics, such as cost per hire, requisition numbers, and time to fill.
- Proven experience working on global Talent Acquisition projects.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze and report on TA metrics such as cost per hire, time to fill, and requisition numbers.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruitment KPIs and performance.
- Provide actionable insights to TA leadership based on data analysis.
Project Management:
- Support the Talent Acquisition PMO with data-driven project management activities.
- Monitor and report on the progress of global TA projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of global TA strategies and processes.
Excel & Data Management:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting, to analyze recruitment data.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all TA reporting and analytics.
- Automate repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with global TA teams, HR, and other stakeholders to gather data and understand their reporting needs.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with TA systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems) and data reporting tools.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
